Merriment of Masks/Hunt and Harvest: A festival coming up

A few years ago we started having a joint/slightly competitive festival between the two kingdoms, where both grounds were open and we had a unique set of holiday mods in place.  We plan to fire that up again this year

We will probably kick those things off on Halloween (ideally in the afternoon sometime) and keep it going throughout the weekend, along with bonuses, scatters and more.
