How to Play

MUDs can be a great deal of fun - but getting started can prove a bit challenging right at first. We want to make it as easy as possible by presenting you some resources that should make the transition easier.

The easiest way to play is to simply connect via the Mudconnector Flash client here:

An FAQ about MUDs: This is a link to Mudconnector, arguably the biggest and best site about the MUD community. Here they try to answer a variety of questions that new MUDers may find themselves asking.

MUD Clients: There are a ton of different clients out there that help you connect to a MUD, and this lists a lot of them. Everyone has their preferences and platforms, so there is no "one size fits all" answer.

One common, free tool is GMUD for Windows users. It is incredibly basic, but it has been around forever and is fairly easy to use. You can download it from here.

I am using an older version of GMUD myself, but the same basics generally apply to all clients.

Below is a screenshot that would get you started and connected to our game after downloading GMUD.
