Code update - June 1st

Thalia posted the following code update:


+ Zombie commands: added wait times to a few more commands

+ Mob Gems and Moxes:  changed the logic for how features are
are added;  They should always get at least one feature;
It is now possible for the same features to be added multiple
times, the amounts will be joined -- instead of seeing two HP
lines for 18 and 31, you'll see one line for 49.

+ Combat Mods:  Changed the frequency for the cancellation mo
